Best Investment on the feet

Then turning toward the woman he said to Simon, Do you see this woman? I entered your house; you gave me no water for my feet, but she has wet my feet with her tears and wiped them with her hair.
You gave me no kiss, but from the time I came in she has not ceased to kiss my feet.
You did not anoint my head with oil, but she has anointed my feet with ointment.
Therefore I tell you, her sins, which are many, are forgiven—for she loved much. But he who is forgiven little, loves little.
And he said to her, Your sins are forgiven.

Most times we are the ones who are more concerned about our sins than our love for God. Jesus made a laudable statement as concerns the sinner lady who anointed his feet, saying that he who is forgiven much loves much but he who is forgiven little loves little. The lady in question was a terrible sinners that Pharisee despise even touching her. The point am struggling to give life here is that, Jesus is less concerned about your sin than he Concerned about how much you love him. The righteous people in all their ethical uprightness and soberness forgot to show love to Jesus. They were too serious and dignified to extend little acts of love to Jesus among which includes; providing him water to wash his feet with your own resource such as your tears, kissing him, casting down your glory to reduce yourself to use your precious hair to wipe his feet clean remember that in Jewish culture it's the least of all slaves mostly the foreigners that perform such a humiliating task.
Jesus is not looking for perfect righteous robots but perfect lovers that he will make righteous. Regardless of your stench Jesus will appreciate an act of love. Love is what he desires earnestly because they that first love will definitely do his commandment.
