Don't just invest, investigate before you invest.............
Before you start spending your money to buy anything ask yourself some vital questions such as;
1. Do I really need it?
2. Is the price right?
3. Is the timing right?
4. Is there a substitute? Buy for functionality.
5. Is it easy to maintain?
 

6. Is my spouse in support?
7. Will the value increase?
8. Will I still feel the same way next year?
9. Would it increase the quality of your life.
10. Have I really researched and compared prices?
